Conducive Corp., a leading US provider of international educational and tutoring programs (on the web at www.conducive-corp.com), is currently expanding its operations in Russia. We have just won a bid with one of Moscow school districts to teach EFL at the Elementary school level. We are seeking an EFL/ESL Instructor to teach English to students K-4. The job description is attached.

We are seeking a dynamic individual with strong teaching experience for the ESL Instructor’s position. The appointment starts September, 2009.

Responsibilities
• Create and maintain English as a Foreign Language (EFL) curriculum and lesson plans.
• Facilitate games, group and individual exercises and creative projects focusing on the students’ hands-on comprehension, speaking, reading and writing skills in the English Language and on their learning about the American Culture.
• Evaluate students, including providing each student and their parents with recommendations on improving communication and the English language skills
• Communicate with Program Director and parents about the students’ progress or regarding the program in general.

Qualifications
• Native speaker of the English language
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Arts, Education or similar required
• Experience working with elementary school students (grades K-4) required
• Experience as an English language or ESL/EFL teacher/instructor strongly preferred
• Knowledge of the Russian language preferred but not necessary
• American teaching certification preferred
• Must have legal right to be employed in the Russian Federation

Compensation
• Commensurates with experience
