The British School, Brescia (Italy) has an immediate opening for an EFL teacher. Start date: October 2005.

Desired qualifications:
- Recognised teaching certification (RSA/CELTA, etc)
- Strong organisational skills
- At least two years' teaching experience
- Good interpersonal/communication skills

Duties:
-Instruction of students in EFL classes (incl. companies, schools and one-to-one)
- Preparation of classes and lesson planning

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly mother-tongue teacher, capable of switching from Business English to colouring crayons and nursery rhymes, as the need arises.

Position details:
Teaching General English at all levels from Beginner to Proficiency, both in and outside the school.
Preparing candidates for, and helping administer, the following Cambridge exams: KET, PET, YLE and BEC.
Nine month contract, October 2005 to June 2006, averaging 25 teaching hours per week.
Working days: Monday to Friday, esp evenings.
Accommodation available in large apartment, 10 mins on foot from school, shared by 2 teachers in single rooms.
