Service Manager, Germany
Wall Street Institute Germany is looking for a Service Manager for our new school opening in the new year in Mannheim.

The Service Manager is responsible for the overall quality of service in the centre and student success and satisfaction.
Specific areas that the Service Manager is responsible for include, staff organisation and motivation, statistical analysis and planning, implementation of systems and products, student didactic issues and overall global satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Excellent command of English with fluency in German an advantage;
-Educated to degree level;
-Certified in Tefl or equivalent with teaching experience;
-Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
-Initiative, proactive, independent, committed and detailed minded;
-Valid EC working papers
