Our Hamburg-based team is currently looking for a full-time Director of Studies to manage and develop our team of trainers and coaches.

The following requirements are essential:

· you are a native English speaker
· you have a strong command of German & are prepared to live in Hamburg, Germany
· you have at least 2 years’ management experience, managing both people and projects
· you are interested in personnel development of a strong trainer and coach team
· you possess strong organisational talent and communication skills
· your PC knowledge of the latest Office software is excellent & you are proficient at researching on the Internet
· you have a strong team spirit
· you are able and willing to work independently and set your own goals

The following skills are desirable:

· you have a Dip. TESOL (or equivalent) and/or extensive TEFL experience
· you have experience in developing teaching material and classroom plans
