Professionally minded Teacher of English sought for rapidly expanding schools in Vilnius, Lithuania. Maximum teaching load of 26 hrs/wk, working with adult learners. Much of the work is off-site in company and teaching 1:1.

We've been in Vilnius since 2003, with sister schools in Tallinn, Estonia and Latvia, Riga. We are the only school with cooperative branches in each of the Baltic capitals, and a lot of our work is with Pan Baltic clients. We are also a registered LCCIEB (London Chamber of Commerce and Industry) examinations centre.

Qualifications:
CELTA or Trinity required cert. grade A or B, DELTA preferred. At least one year experience teaching adults, though will consider newly qualified teachers with the right background. Experience teaching Business English, ESP, IELTS, and FCE courses also preferred.

Compensation:
Competitive local salary, starting at a guaranteed base salary of 1450 Litas/month net, with an increments system to reward loyalty, experience and responsibilities. Plus free single accommodation, travel and settling in allowance. Free Business English Teacher Training Course (LCCIFTBE) for all staff members and the opportunity to instruct on Teacher Training courses. Opportunity to take the DELTA after 2 years of teaching.
