Dear Teachers,

We are currently looking for a native English speaker for the middle of December. We are not a recruiting agency but an English Academy located in the historic city of Suwon. Suwon is approximately 20 minutes from Seoul and the school is located close to scenic mountains. All amenities are found close to the school. There are currently 3 native English speakers teaching at the school, two from America and one from New Zealand. Oh Sung Sik is a franchise school with a very good reputation in South Korea. The atmosphere at the school is informal. We provided all teaching materials and have developed a program consisting of phonics, textbooks, and mini-books. Students range from kindergarten to middle school (5yrs to 16yrs of age). Teaching hours are blocked from 1:00 to 9:00, with 10 minute breaks between classes. (NO SPLIT SHIFTS, NO SATURDAYS). Here is what we are offering:

Round trip airline ticket
(Return ticket paid upon completion of contract)
Salary of at least 1,800,000 million won a month (negotiable depending on experience)
Free accommodations close to school (bachelor apartment) (air conditioned) (furnished)
One year bonus upon completion of a year contract (the equivalent of one month’s salary)
Health care coverage (1/2 paid by the school)
All Korean National holidays / plus a total of 10 days of holiday (4 days are school wide)
Overtime pay (18,000 a class )
