Min Byoung Cheol (BCM) Junior Language Center in Bucheon is looking for an English conversation instructor, preferably Canadian or American, needed to start around January 22nd. Our academy is conveniently located about 30 minutes from Seoul by subway and is near the airport.

Our staff is small, helpful, and friendly, consisting of four Korean teachers and one other native English teacher.

Job requirements: BA or BS degree and a love for teaching children, no ESL/TEFL certificate nor prior experience is compulsory to the position.

Teaching objective: Elementary and middle school students

Hours: regular work schedule is 1:30 PM - 8:20 PM, no split shifts or Saturdays.

Salary: 2.0 million won (around $1900 US) for 120 teaching hours per month. Payment is given on the last business day of the month and ON TIME.

Housing: Single furnished apartment with air conditioning, clean, quiet and near Bucheon Station.

10 days paid vacation plus 10 Korean national holidays, 3 paid sick days and medical insurance are provided.

Roundtrip airfare is also provided, and a 2.0 million won bonus will be paid upon completion of a one year contract.
