Direct English specializes in teaching Adults English conversation skills. The majority of the students at our Direct English centers are University students, businessmen and office workers who are extremely enthusiastic about learning how to speak English. Classes are taught 1:1 and in small groups. Direct English is a program developed by Pearson Education (Longman, Addison-Wesley) which is based in England. Pagoda brought the program into Korea 7 years ago and now there are a total of 9 Direct English centers throughout Korea.
6 centers are directly ran by Pagoda Academy.

Direct English is looking for 1 foreign native English teacher who can work full-time from Monday-Friday in our Jongro center.

Monthly salary is between 1.8 mil won (min base) and 3.0 mil won

Other benefits include:
Teaching adults/25 minute, 55 minute and 50 minute long classes
Severance Pay: equivalent to one month’s pay upon completion of a one-year contract.
Vacation: four weekly segments
Housing Allowance: 5,000,000 Won “key money” and a monthly housing allowance of 100,000 Won.
Rate of Pay: 17,000Won ~ 20,000Won/hour
