Connect directly to the most reliable positions with guaranteed salary backed by the Head Office for June start at Korea’s largest ESL school

Worried about schools whose reliability is questionable then check out our website at www.ybmecc.co.kr to learn more about Korea’s most secured and reliable positions.
All schools listed below here are owned and operated by YBM Education the largest employers
of ESL teachers in Korea. YBM Education currently has more than 100 locations in Korea with the highest enrollments and offers a guarantee monthly salary regardless of the total hours you are assigned to teach. The salary range is from 1.8 to 2.0 million won for just 23.75 teaching hours per week or 95 teaching hours per month. You also receive free housing, full airfare,
Korean national medical insurance, pension tax co-contribution and refund as well as visa sponsorship.

For our June session 2005 (Ideal arrival date of May 26 to May 30)
Youngdeungpo ECC in western Seoul near Daelim subway station
Seokchon ECC in southern Seoul near Chamsil subway station
Nam Bundang ECC near Sunae subway station in Bundang about 30 min from Seoul by subway
Haeundae ECC in Busan located near the famous Haeundae beach resort
Hwajeong ECC in Ilsan near Hwajeong subway station about 35 min from downtown Seoul
Daegu ECC located in the affluent eastern part of Daegu Korea’s 3rd largest city.

For teaching 95 hours per month 1.8 to 2.0 million Korean won (Less than 24 teaching hours per week) our teaching hours are lower than the typical 100 to 120 teaching hours most schools offer in Korea. Our salary per class is very competitive and one of the highest especially when you calculate the total package of YBM’s GUARANTEED contract with all the benefits that we provide. Most contracts in Korea require you to teach 30 hours per week and may not provide all the same type of benefits we provide. Do not consider just the monthly salary but the total annual package and with YBM a career package.

YBM ECC’s company owned schools always pay on time and adhere strictly to the contract even if the school you are at is not profitable. YBM’s vast network of various business lines allows YBM Education to guarantee that all contracts will be honored at our schools. Many ESL schools are facing economic difficulties with parents cutting back on tuition cost. If you do not want to worry about receiving your monthly salary and finishing the contract with all the benefits due then YBM ECC would be a good option for you to consider.

Our company owned schools are managed directly by the head office with a standard contract, establish curriculum and support staff ensuring a stable and professional working environment. YBM is second to none when comes to student enrollments, revenues and brand reputation as YBM leads and dominates all 3 categories in Korea. YBM was voted the No.1 brand by Korea Brand Power Index Survey 2003 and again in 2004. Ask any Koreans that you know and they will confirm that YBM Sisa is a well-known organization in the education field.

The parent company of YBM ECC was first establish in 1961 and over the next 4 decades has grown to become one of the premier companies for foreign entities to establish business agreements in Korea. Currently YBM has working relationship with Microsoft (YBM is the exclusive test administer for the MS Office User Exam), Time Warner the parent company of CNN Cable News Network and Cartoon Network Channel (YBM ECC uses CNN and Cartoon Network Channel contents in its curriculum, ETS (YBM is the official test administrator for the TOEIC Exam developed by Educational Testing Services, who also develops the SAT exam in the United States. YBM is also the largest publisher of English language materials in Korea and works with leading publishers like Random House, National Geographic, Newsweek, Readers Digest and many others.

All schools listed on this website are owned by the company and are not franchise ECC schools. Your contract is guaranteed by the YBM Head Office at these schools.
