JOB DESCRIPTION:
Teaching English language and World Cultures through classroom language instruction and activities to Korean Elementary school students. Bilingual support staff will assist teachers in presenting a 'content-based' program delivered entirely in English.

*Short-term (23 days) Contract: ' Summer English (Immersion) Experience Camp. Elementary school (4th, 5th, 6th grade) students are coming to learn English, history, and world cultures from committed and enthusiastic native-speaker of English teachers. We are looking for more to join our team.

-WANTED: 13 ESL/EFL instructors for 2005 Summer Junior English Experience Camp

-LOCATION: Cheongpyeong, Gyeonggido, South Korea (the beautiful resort area with nature, one and a half hour away from Seoul )

-THEME: “Make Friends & Study with Fun"

-DATES: July 25 to Aug. 15, 2005 ( About 3 week course -23 days)
Instructor orientation is scheduled for July 23 to 24. Selected applicants must participate in the staff orientation as well as the full 3 week (23days) camp program.

-TIMETABLE: The morning program starts with breakfast at 7 a.m. Classes start at 9:00 a.m. and activities continue during the week until 10p.m. Instructors will rotate evening duty hours.

-BENEFITS: Payment: 1.5 million Won plus Round trip air ticket
Food and Lodging: 3 meals per day and dormitory accommodation will be provided by the hostel.

-APPLICANT REQUIREMENTS: BA/BS degree. ESL and EFL teaching experience preferred. TEFL-camp experience highly desirable. 'Camp talents' (guitar playing, crafts, astronomy, campfire lore, etc) particularly sought.

-REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:
1. Resume with photo
2. Cover letter summarizing experience with children and teaching experience along with other skills.
3. Copy of college diploma (and any teaching certificate)
4. Copy of passport
5. Reference letter (Recommended)
