The Information and Communications University(ICU-www.icu.ac.kr) seeks part-time instructors to teach a conversation or a writing class to the students of the MSE (Master of Software Engineering) program in collaboration with Carnegie Mellon University (CMU), U.S.A.

JOB DESCRIPTION
The course is to help graduate students improve their conversational/presentational skills or writing skills to be able to participate in the American classroom and in graduate-level debates. In the spring of 2006 after the study of English classes, the students are scheduled to travel to CMU and take classes at the University. The students have high-intermediate to advanced-level English abilities.

COURSE SCHEDULE
- 2005/9/6~2005/12/10
* Mon. & Wed. 7:00~8:15 pm: Conversation
* Tue. & Thu. 7:00~8:15 pm: Writing

REQUIREMENTS: Master’s degree in TESOL, Applied Linguistics, or Linguistics; native fluency; college-level teaching experience.

SALARY : 50,000 won per hour

LOCATION: ICU Educational Center, 517-10 Togok-dong Kangnam-gu Seoul (ICU’s main campus is in Daejeon, but these English classes are offered at the Seoul campus.)
