Introduction

Our organization is a new venture consisting of two members, one guy from Korea and myself from Ireland. This fact ensures that there is effective communication between the schools and the teachers.

As we are both teachers with a great deal of experience you can depend on our quality advice and recommendations.

English spiders have two main aims:

1To find quality teachers for quality schools
2To strive to ensure that teachers have a great time while in Korea

We aim to achieve this second aim by introducing entertaining activities to suit everyone and information to help you get the most out of this exciting country. We want teachers to regard us as their friends while they are here and feel free to approach us anytime.

As we are a new business we will have the utmost enthusiasm for this new venture and will welcome any feedback schools or teachers have regarding our service.

We are currently obtaining schools all over Seoul and Nationwide. These contracts have the following details:

* Teaching English Full Time (some part time positions are also available)
* 1.9-2.4 million KW (this depends on the teachers experience and qualifications)
* Overtime (this is paid id teachers are required to work over their allotted time)
* Various Schedules depending on the school (we will strive to find you hours that suit) Most of these contracts are 20-30 hours a week.
* Various Locations in Seoul and Nationwide
* The school will pay apartments. Some schools offer single accommodations while others offer a sharing basis. All apartments are fully furnished to include a TV, washing machine, cooker and household utensils.
* Paid Vacation on all National Holidays and a set number of paid holidays are offered.
* Class sizes are between 5-15 with a range of ages
* A bonus of one month’s salary will be given on the completion of the contract
* Health Insurance
* A Return Airfare is paid from your home country (or if already in the country the school will organize a ‘visa run’ to Japan

ALTHOUGH TEACHING EXPERIENCE IS NOT ESSENTIAL WE EXPECT POTENTIAL CANDIDATES TO HAVE ENTHUSIAM FOR TEACHING AND COMMIT A YEAR TO KOREA
