* B.A./B.S. degree from a 4-year University
* Preferred Majors: English Literature, History, Psychology, Philosophy, Communications, Creative writing, Education, Humanities (Other majors will also be considered)
* Fluent verbal (non-accented) and written English skills
* Minimum 10 years abroad in English-speaking countries
* Passionate and intelligent people who like children and education
* Minimum one-year contract

- Students ranging from Elementary grades 4 to High school students, no kindergarten.
- Classes generally from 4:00pm to 10:00pm, no split-shift with convenient afternoon and evening blocks
- Fully established curriculum, syallabi, tests with state-of-art computerized admin system
- Currently over 48 schools with nearly 300 instructors nationwide
- Most sought-after in-house instructor preparation/training system and courses prior to all employment at the training center of the school

Option (1)
Mainly for those who can obtain an F-4 Gyopo visa or not needing housing
- 25,000 ~ 35,000 KRW/hr (depending on level of education, experience, etc).
- Guaranteed minimum 24 hrs/wk (currently most teach 30 hrs/wk).
- Minimum monthly gross is 2.4 million KRW (25,000 KRW/hr x 96 hrs/mo).
- At a low tax rate of 3.3%, net pay would be 2.32 million KRW.
- Housing deposit (key money) loan up to 5 million KRW.
- 7 days unpaid vacation per year.
- One-time relocation fee of 200,000 KRW for candidates coming from overseas

Option (2)
Mostly chosen by instructors coming from overseas with an E-2 work visa
- 2.0 ~ 2.8 million KRW/month for 120 teaching hrs/mo (depending on level of education, experience, etc).
- Reimbursed airfare up to one million KRW.
- 50/50 medical insurance and pension.
- One month severance upon completion of a 1-year contract.
- E-2 visa sponsorship.
- Paid housing.
- 7 days paid vacation per year.
- One-time relocation fee of 200,000 KRW for candidates coming from overseas
