- Working hours: 6;30~12:50 (Morning shift) / 3:00~9:50 pm.(evening shift)
- Pay: 2.5 million Won.
- Housing: Single studio pat. Near by the school
Classes are open to ANY student at ANY time. A flexi-schedule designed for busy people. Preferably, one teacher will focus on people interested in business English and the other teacher will focus on general-purpose English. Our goal as a business: To provide the maximum number of students the freedom to fit our school and our dynamic program into their schedule. Our goal as your “boss”: To foster an environment where you have creative input into your classes and a life beyond the classroom.

Starting salary is 2.2M won a month to teachers with less than two years teaching experience—that’ll jump to 2.5M after three months of proving yourself to your students; 3M won a month to teachers with over two years experience in our program. No house? We’ll find one with you—we’ll furnish it with the basics and pay the rent (yes, of course there’s a limit). Rent goes to the apartment owner, not you!!

A monthly bonus system based on the total number of conversation students in the program will also be employed. The bonus system is to install in the teachers’ minds that teamwork is essential to make this a successful business. Splitting the pie is only fair. Upon completion of a one-year contract, a 1M won bonus will be paid. If the teacher renews their contract, a 1.8M won bonus will be paid…that doesn’t equal 2.8M!

There will be no split shifts, and teachers will be allowed an annual two-week vacation at their choice in either June or December (teachers will have to work out schedules amongst themselves). It will be a 50%-paid vacation and will include the bonus if applicable.
