For teaching 95 hours per month 1.8 to 2.0 million Korean won (Less than 24 teaching hours per week) our teaching hours are lower than the typical 100 to 120 teaching hours most schools offer in Korea. Our salary per class is very competitive and one of the highest especially when you calculate the total package of YBM’s GUARANTEED contract with all the benefits that we provide. Most contracts in Korea require you to teach 30 hours per week and may not provide all the same type of benefits we provide.
