The director runs 2 institutes in Ul san city and prospers in business.

The following is the condition of the institute.

-Location : Ul san (Jung gu in Ul san. Easy to reach downtown)
-Starting date : mid~late January
-Teaching targets : elementary and middle school students
-Working hours : Monday~Friday 2pm~9pm
* Less than 6 hours of teaching. This schedule is for the during the public schools’ terms. This schedule can be changed during the public schools’ vacation period.
-Housing: fully furnished single studio ( 10 minutes walking distance from the school)
-Number of the native teachers : 1 (the other native teacher has been working for the the other school where the director’s run )
- Salary : 1.9~2.1 M won per month
-Benefits : prepaid round-trip tickets, 50% of medical premium paid, severance pay
