Asia-Pacific Connections, Ltd. is currently hiring for several positions. Many of these are in the City of Seoul and offer single housing. Some require experience, but many are open to new teachers. Also, for early January, we have jobs with a chain that caters to older students and offers a very professional work environment, light schedules, and single housing in Bundang, a modern and well-planned suburb of Seoul. All the jobs require a 12-month commitment and a full-undergraduate degree (minimum). Our client schools usually expect us to hire North Americans. We cannot place non-native speakers of English (however good your English may be), nor can we place citizens of non-English speaking countries.
All the jobs involve teaching children. All of the jobs are M-F and require 25-30 hours of classroom teaching per week. All the jobs include the following:
- A salary of 1.9 - 2.4 million Won per month (usually 1.9-2.0 for inexperienced teachers -- about US$2000)

- A Free apartment (around half the jobs offer single studio apartment, about half offer housing shared with another Western teacher)
- Legal severance pay (one full month per year worked)
- Medical Insurance
- A Legal employment visa
- Advice and support before you leave and while you are in Korea
- PRIVATE contact information for currently employed teachers at any school that has agreed to hire you

My name is Kristopher Kinch. I am a well-qualified English-language instructor and I've been teaching for thirteen years. I've taught in Korea myself and have extensive overseas employment experience. I have been recruiting for Korea for more than five years. During this time, I have learned a great deal about the Korean ESL employment market, the dynamics of Korean workplaces, and Korean management styles. I've also developed many solid, reliable partnerships and connections in the Korean ESL market. In addition to jobs with employers you can count on, I can offer you practical advice and information you won't get from most other recruiters. Google me or my company and you won't find anything but positive comments from teachers in Korea.
To apply, please fill out an online application (available at the website). Immediately following this, send along your scanned photos, full resume, and any letters of reference you have.
