END OF FEBRUARY STARTS FOR SEOUL AND DAEJEON

As you may already know, YBM is the largest English language institute in Korea. Our company owns 30 ECCs (English Center for Children) across Korea. We always pay our employees on time and in full. Bypass the middleman or recruiter and apply directly to our Human Resource department at our head office in Seoul.

We have various positions in Seoul and Daejeon for the end of February start for those with a minimum of a B.A., B.S. from an accredited university and passports from the following countries: Canada, U.S.A., Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, South Africa, and the U.K.

We offer a one-year contract with a competitive salary of 1.8 million to 2.0 million KRW (depending on experience), shared or single housing; return airfare from the nearest major city of prospective teachers, and Korean Medical Coverage. Canadian and American teachers will also receive a pension refund when they go back to their respective countries. The teacher pays a nominal portion towards it every month, which is matched by YBM-Sisa. On the last month of your one-year contract, you will receive the severance bonus, which is an extra month payment.

Teachers are expected to work 95 teaching hours a month, which is far below the standard work hours of our competitors, which is usually around 100 – 120 hours a month. If you do happen to work on a Saturday, you will be paid the Saturday pay bonus, regardless if you are under hours during the regular schedule.
