Direct English Korea is looking for Korean bilingual and Gyopo teachers who can work part-time/full-time for our centers located in Seoul. Several positions are available in Jongno, Seolleung, Shinchon, Bundang, Yeoido and Uljiro.

*** Full-time (6:30-10:30am & 5-9pm) -- You will get a split shift bonus.
*** Evening part-time (5-9pm)

Direct English is affiliated with Pagoda Academy Inc., one of the largest and most reputable English language institutes in Korea as well as Pearson Education, the world’s largest publishing group. The Direct English program is a 1:1 English conversation program, created by Pagoda Academy and Longman Inc. The students are mostly businessmen, office workers and college students.

Job Description (very little prep):
1. Teaching DE’s Regular Tutorial Classes (25 mins./session)
2. Teaching customized Topic Classes (55 mins./session)
3. Teaching group Conversation Class/month

Qualifications:
1. Degree from an accredited 4 year university
(degree in Education, English, Linguistics, TESOL or related field preferred)
2. Fluent in English conversation
3. Teaching experience preferred but not required
