Future’s Best is one of the most prestigious private English Language Institutes in Korea. Since its inception six years ago, Future’s Best has pursued its objective of providing the best English education to the students.

* Location: Ichon-dong, Yongsan-ku, Seoul, Korea
* Students Range: mostly from elementary and junior high (Grade 1~9), and kindergarten
* Approx. 12~14 teachers are currently employed, and 5~6 are foreign teachers mainly from North America.

Qualifications / Requirements

* Undergraduate degree from 4 year college or university
* North America / Female Teacher Preferred
* Fluent verbal and written English skills
* English, Psychology, Sociology major preferred
* TESOL or other relevant certificates
* Original diploma and valid passport upon request

Benefits

Status: Full-Time, One-Year Contract

Basic monthly salaries and housing accommodations will vary according to how much time the teacher wants to teach per month.

Option 1: If you teach 80 hours/month
* Monthly Salary: KRW 1.8 million
* Working Hours: M/W/F 1:30pm-7:00pm, T/Th 1:30pm-8:30pm
* Housing Allowances: Not Provided

Option 2: If you teach 100 hours/month
* Monthly Salary: KRW 1.9~2.1 million
* Working Hours: M/W/F 1:30pm-7:30pm, T/Th 1:30pm-9:30pm
* Housing Allowances: KRW 300,000 (Key Money not provided)

Option 3: If you teach 120 hours/month
* Monthly Salary: KRW 2.0~2.3 million
* Working Hours: M/W/F 1:30pm-8:30pm, T/Th 1:30pm-9:30pm
* Housing Allowances: KRW 400,000 (Key Money not provided)

Extra Benefits

1. E-2 Visa Sponsor
2. Four major insurance policies will be provided including the medical insurance and Korean National Pension.
3. Overtime payments of KRW 20,000/hour
4. Bonus Payment of one month basic salary will be paid at the end of the one-year employment contract.
5. Upon completion of the one-year employment contract, one-way air ticket to the teacher’s home country will be provided.
6. Annual paid vacation of 10 working days per year (two weeks including weekends)
