The following is the condition of the institute.

-Location: Dae gu ( Beomoe-dong in Suseong gu, Down town )
-Starting date: late Feb~early March
-Teaching targets: mainly middle school students (low-advanced level)
-Working hours : Monday to Friday 3:00pm~10:05pm (teaching hours: 4 to 10:05)
-Salary : 2.0 ~2.4 M won per month
(depends on teachers’ experience and qualification)
-Number of current native teachers: 3
-Housing: fully furnished single studio apartment
(10 min walking distance from the school)
-Paid vacation: 10 days per year
-Income tax: 5%
-Pictures of the institute: available
-Benefits: prepaid round trip ticket, 50% of medical premium paid, severance pay
