Once the candidate has made contact with OkayKorea.com and all documents are received and reviewed, a contract with conditions to be reviewed will be sent to the candidate. Simultaneously, the employer will be given the opportunity to review the candidates background and qualifications. This will be followed by a telephone interview to be scheduled with the candidate via email at a mutually agreed upon time. And once all these steps are completed and both the candidate and employer agree to the terms of employment by signing the contract, the VISA sponsorship process will be initiated immediately. A formal offer letter prepared by the employer will be express mailed to the candidate, whereupon the candidate must present his or her passport along with this letter to the nearest Korean Consulate or Embassy in order to complete the VISA sponsorship process; the candidate may have to go to the Korean Consulate or Embassy in person. It usually takes up to a month or so to finalize a position. Also, all the paperwork is to be completed in order to set up proper accommodations for a position in Korea. But we will need all our teachers to arrive into Korea as soon as possible. The position for you can even be available right away.
Once all of the above steps are completed, OkayKorea.com will make flight arrangements and have a ticket for passage delivered to the successful candidate. OkayKorea.com will facilitate and assist the employer and successful candidate with final confirmation. And upon arrival at the international airport in Korea, a representative of OkayKorea.com will be there to welcome and greet you!
