Teacher Needed, Near Seoul

Greetings;
I’m an English teacher at a great school in Anyang (about 35 minutes from Seoul Station on the blue line #4). Unfortunately I must leave my job to return home for a while; thus I am seeking a teacher to take my position.
Here’s the rundown of the job.
Working schedule:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday: 10 am to 6pm (with a one hour lunch break).
Tuesday and Thursday: 10am to 4:30pm.
Students:
Kindergarten in the morning, elementary kids in the afternoon.
Working Environment:
Non-pressure, all English speaking environment with only foreign teachers employed. We teach basic reading, writing, and speaking, science, math, and geography.
Payment:
2.0 million won a month, with a 2.0 million won bonus after one year. Paid in cash and always on time.
Housing:
Single housing or a housing allowance is provided; your choice.
Airfare:
Yes, of course airfare is provided.
Medical Insurance:
Can be provided at a 50/50 cost. It’s not mandatory, it is your choice weather or not to take it.
Lunch:
One hour with a free lunch provided, (real food, not the typical Korean school food).
Location:
Anyang; Beomgye station (#442), blue line # 4; about 35 minutes from Seoul station.

In short, this is a really great job, I’m sad that I must leave it. The owner is fair, honest, pleasant, and most of all, speaks perfect English. The kids are generally good and respectful, of course, like any school, there are a few naughty ones, but all in all they’re great kids. The school is small and low keyed, so there is no pressure. Teaching materials and curriculums are provided, so there are no gray hairs trying to figure out what to teach that day. Also, the curriculums are varied, so you won’t get bored with your own teaching.
