The people I work with are the nicest and friendliest I have worked with in Korea. The director of the school has been by far the nicest director I have worked for and one of the nicest people I have met in Korea. She really loves all the children and treats all the staff with kindness and respect. The environment of this school is so warm and friendly. It is a job for a person that just likes to deal with children in a warm and friendly and cozy way. This would not be a job for someone that wants an extreamly structured teaching curriculum. This
is not an English school like most I have worked with in Korea. It is a
regular kindergarten with an English teacher. I am sure most people would like this job just because the environment, staff, director and children are all really great and friendly.
