Job Description:

Teaching English in a country known for its humble people and friendly smiles. South Korea is an inexpensive destination that will allow most teachers to make and save good money. Although teaching experience is a plus it is not a requirement for these positions. The opportunities that are available in the next 60 days include: Gwangju, Gunsan, Changwon, Masan and Jinju.

South Korea is a country of densely forested mountains, colorful Buddhist temples and sleek modern cities. Korea’s welcoming people, unique culture and incomparable cuisine make it one of the great destinations of Northeast Asia. A hop, skip and a jump from China, Japan and Mongolia; South Korea’s central location in Northeast Asia allows for exciting travel at a minimum of expense.

Schools will provide to the teachers at no charge; return airfare and single or shared accommodation. This alone will be your spring board to saving money and having fun while in South Korea.

Type of Employment: Full-time

Salary: 2.2 Million won + always overtime if you want it

Experience needed: at least one year of working experience

Working hours: 6 hours per day + Over time

Total working hours in a month: 120 hours

No. of foreign / Korean teachers: thirty Korean teachers and four foreign teachers

Paid vacation dates: 10 days including weekends

Type of housing offered: bachelor apartment(studio)

Airfare: will be provided by school

Insurance: 50/50 split medical

Severance pay: one month salary at the successful completion of the contract

Preferred qualification: B.A. in Education, Business, Management, or Economy
