My name is Penny Rowstron and I represent an English Language School, in Gangneung City, South Korea. We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated teacher to join our staff, as soon as possible.

We are offering: Airfare to Korea and on completion of contract, return fare to country of origin Furnished accomodation
Contract completion bonus equal to one months salary
50/50 medical insurance

Salary: 1.8 million - 2.0 million won per month, negotiable depending on experience.

Hours: 2pm - 8 pm Monday to Friday, no weekends,
30 scheduled teaching hours a week. Paid overtime if required (very unusual for us to have to work any overtime!)

The School: We are a small school, about 90 students, with four teachers, two Korean and two Foreigners. We teach mostly elementary students, along with 2 afternoon kindergarten classes. We teach using a lot of games and as a teacher in our school, you would have a great deal of autonomy, especially in choosing your teaching materials and text books. Most of all we try to make learning english fun

Gangneung: Gangneung City is located in Gangwon -do province on the east coast of Korea. It is a relatively small city, but fun nonetheless. We are within an hours drive of 3
major ski resorts, and some beautiful mountain retreats. We also have 3 absolutely fabulous beaches for summer recreation. The city has a bustling down-town area, and a great group of foreigners, and Koreans.
