Baron’s English Academy is a private English school located near the new Incheon International Airport. We teach children from Kindergarten through High School age using an American curriculum, not an ESL curriculum. We also have some adult classes. We have seven American teachers (including my wife and myself), and one Korean grammar teacher. This is a wonderful place to live and work, as the town is new, clean (ocean breeze everyday), quiet, and uncrowded. It is easy to get anywhere in Korea because all the bus lines come here.
We are looking for an experienced teacher (mature and/or certified welcome) to teach our Kindergarten and an elementary class, both of which use the American school curriculum. Energy, professionalism, and dedication are a must!

Job description

Start Date: June, 2006

Working Conditions:
- Five-day workweek (Monday through Friday)
- No Saturdays or split shifts.
- Less than 30 contract hours per week
- Class size: Kindergarten max. 12 , Elementary max. 8
- Curriculum: American school curriculum provided
- Teaching materials: All teaching materials are provided
- Contract term: One year, renewable.

- Monthly Salary: 2.0 million won per month, and up (commensurate with experience and/or qualifications)

- Medical insurance: Employer will contribute 50% towards national health insurance.
