5 Great Positions in Busan and Daegu for June Start

YBM ECC is seeking 5 teachers for four of our schools in Busan and Daegu. If you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of Seoul, then consider these two cities, which are less populated than Seoul but just as vibrant.

Busan, Korea’s second largest city is located on the country’s southeastern coast. With a population of about 4 million, residents here enjoy Busan’s amazing scenery, great beaches, moderate climate, and bustling nightlife. We’re 2 hours and 40 minutes away from Seoul using the bullet train.

Busan positions for June start, end of May arrival:

2 positions at Gaegeum ECC located in the popular Dongseo University area and only 5 stops away from Seomyeon, downtown Busan. Couples may also apply for these positions.

1 position at Haeundae ECC located in the famous Haeundae Beach resort. We’re also located close to many amenities, shopping, bars, and restaurants (Korean and Western).

1 position at Nam-Busan ECC located within walking distance to Gwang-an Beach. We’re also very close to a subway station and it will take about 15 minutes to get to downtown Busan.

Daegu, Korea’s third largest city is located less than an hour from Busan and about 2 hours from Seoul. With a population of about 2.5 million, Daegu is a growing, exciting city that is surrounded by beautiful mountains and rivers.

Daegu position for June start, end of May arrival:

1 position at Daegu ECC located in Maeho-dong, one of the top affluent districts in Daegu. We’re close to great amenities such as Wal-mart, which is only a 5-minute walk away, and you can also see the World Cup stadium from our academy.

These positions are available ONLY for native English speakers with a minimum of a B.A./B.S. degree from an accredited university and passports from the following countries: Canada, U.S.A., U.K., Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa.

Benefits
-A competitive salary of 1.8-2.0 million won (depending on education and experience)
