Qualifications
*4-year bachelor’s degree (2-year equivalent acceptable)
*Native English Speaker
*Experience preferred, but not required
*Korean-English bilingual preferred (Gyopo), but not required.
*1-year commitment required
*Free of any past legal enforcement or convictions
*Valid passport
*Most importantly, a prospective applicant must be honest, enthusiastic and cooperative in all aspects dealing with either kids or team members both in and out of the institution.

Basic Working condition
Hours are Mon-Fri 1:20pm to 7:40pm depending on class schedule. A full time instructor will have an average 7.5 40-min classes per day, which is equivalent to 150 class periods per month. Basic monthly compensation for instructors without previous teaching experience is KRW2,000,000(appx USD2,150) per month with additional range of 300,000(appx USD319) depending on the instructor’s experience and ability. Upon completion of 1-year session, a one month-equivalent severance payment will be paid in accordance with Korean Labor Laws. For example, if your monthly compensation is KRW2,200,000 your total pay upon completion of 1-year session would be KRW28,600,000 (appx USD30,500). Benefits include fully furnished apartment, health care insurance, 10 day paid vacations and air fair to Korea. Provided apartments include amenities like refrigerator, TV, kitchenware and etc, at no cost. Such apartment unit would be a single studio, or 2-3 bedroom shared with team members depending on location of centers, and their surrounding real estate conditions.
