Positions offer the following salary and benefits as a standard contract: \1.9M-2.1M KRW/ month salary, bonus ( often called, severance pay, i.e., one month salary at the completion of the contract), Bachelor accommodation provided at no cost to the teacher, Round trip airfare provided, National health coverage (medical) is provided

With the above compensation package, applicants can save up to 1.4M-1.8M KRW/month and at the end of the contract, their savings amount to 18.7KRW-23.7KRW/year. In the past many North American recent university graduates benefited from teaching English in Korea. In 2004 about 23,000 North American worked as an ESL teacher according to Statistic Korea. Qualification

- ESL teaching experience preferred, but not required
