Salmat has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and qualified English language teacher at our Philippines site

The English Language trainer is responsible for co-ordinating and delivering all English language and culturalisation training to various teams within our Salmat Manila site.

As the English Language Trainer, you will be....

Updating and maintaining student files
Developing and co-ordinating training schedules for the site
Maintaining training and coaching calendars
Working closely with the Philippines Country Manager and individual Business Unit Managers to ensure business outcomes are met
Working closely with Salmat Learning Australia to ensure training outcome quality standards are maintained and reviewing training materials
Delivering the Salmat induction program as well as assisting with other training program delivery if required

To be considered for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experiences.

A relevant undergraduate degree
A recognised TESOL qualification
3 years post-qualification teaching experience, preferably teaching the English language

We are seeking someone who has demonstrated abilities to work autonomously as well as part of a team; who has proven communication skills and can demonstrate their ability to be self-motivated and results orientated.
