TEACH ENGLISH IN CHINA

Canadian International Education Organization (CIEO) is looking for motivated Christian individuals who would like to teach and gain a professional international experience. Our company is growing and provides a significant opportunity to develop professionally as well as offers an amazing cross-cultural adventure.

Based in Guangzhou China, the focus of the position will be teaching English as a Foreign Language to Chinese children.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:
• Teaching 20 – 24 hours per week
• Tracking the development of the students
• Interacting with the parents
• Attending regular staff meetings

Requirements:
• Experience working or volunteering with children
• Have experience or be willing to learn the Total Physical Response Method
• Need a certificate, diploma or degree in any field of study
• TESOL/TEFL Certification (You don’t need this to apply)

Assets (not required but would be a benefit):
• International travel and cross-cultural living experience
• Teaching experience

CIEO Offers:
• A salary of 7000 – 10000 RMB / month depending on education and experience
• Subsidized airfare of 10,000RMB upon completion of the contract
• Orientation for all teachers during the first two months
• 20 days of holidays
