REQUIREMENTS

Bachelors degree (any discipline, minimum requirement.)

Valid Passport from: AUS, CAN, IRE, NZ, SA, the UK or the USA

Clear and fluent English ability

Ability to stay in Taiwan for a full 12-month teaching cycle

Applicants must be enthusiastic, patient, adaptive and responsible individuals.

There are 3 teaching options to choose from:
Option 1: Language School Classes.

Guaranteed 20 hours teaching per week, up to 28 hours teaching per week.

Majority of classes are for children aged between 6 and 15 years. Students are graded according to age bracket and level of English.

Classes are held in the afternoon and evenings after regular Chinese school lets out.

Some opportunity to teach adults available.

Full curriculum and training provided by school.

Option 2: Kindergarten and Language School classes

Guaranteed 35 hours teaching per week, up to 45 hours teaching per week.
Kindergarten Classes:

15 hours teaching per week. Classes held in the morning from 9:00am to 12:00 noon.

Children aged between 3 and 6 years of age.

Full curriculum and training provided by school.
Language School Classes:

Guaranteed 20 hours teaching per week, up to 28 hours teaching per week.

Majority of classes are for children aged between 6 and 15 years. Students are graded according to age bracket and level of English.

Option 3: Full-time Kindergarten Positions

Guaranteed 27.5 hours teaching per week.

Morning Kindergarten Class: 9:00am to 12:00 noon

Afternoon Kindergarten Class: 1:30pm to 4:00pm

Additional hours available at Language School

Children aged between 3 and 6 years of age.

Full curriculum and training provided by school.
