Our schools here are located around China,most of which are universities and colleges with fewer high schools,currently speaking,schools needing foreign teachers emergently are maily spread in Hebei,Hunan,Shandong,Henan and Hubei province,among these schools, colleges dominate in the quatity.As for the treatment details,different universities and colleges have different treatment,But the general condition for the universities are RMB3500-5000/m salary,which is finally decided by the qualifications of foreign teachers,if the teachers have bachelor degree and certain teaching experience he may get RMB3500-3800 salary for 16 classes per week,if the teacher has master degree and some teaching experience he may get 4000-4500 salary for 16 classed per week(in some university it is maybe even more)if the teacher has doctor degree he or she will earn above 5000 for 16 classes per week,but the situation described above is not fixed,for example a university in Beijing has needed foreign teachers emergently,so the salary is very high 8000 for per month.Besides the salary, we get down to the other treatment,for Chinese universities and colleges,they don't pre-pay the airfare,so if signing one year contract school will reimburse round air-tickets,if half year contract,single- way ticket reimbursed.Generally speaking,most colleges and universities provide free travelling allowance and the amount is RMB2000-2200/Y,for every school,teacher can get 1-2 month paid holiday,some school organise the travellig activities.Some of our schools here offer certain amount of classes for teachers to study Chinese.
