full time teachers needed in chungli, taiwan
Teachers who wish to work more than 20 hours a week get an initial hourly wage of $550NT. An incremental raise between 5-20NT will occur after passing the three months probation period. The amount of raise one will receive depends upon his/her performance throughout the three months period. Then, it would be between 5-20NT the year thereafter. Kiwi is looking for a teacher who is willing to work at least 20 hours a week. However, if you are a hard-working person, Kiwi Talks can offer you up to 25 hours a week plus many many more.
Teaching pay options:
• A: You can choose to work for $550 an hour and do your teaching plans on your own time. Get a bonus of $2000-6000 per semester if you keep 100% of your students.
• B: Get paid $500 per teaching hour and $8000 of office hours which consists of 10 office hours a week (optional.) You would also get a $1000 NT attendance bonus on a monthly basis. This can only be achieved if you were always punctual to your working hours. You can write your teaching plans, make up tests, correct homework and call up your students. If you were to work for a minimum of 20 hours, you would get paid $40000NT for teaching a month plus $8000 for your monthly office work and $1000 attendance bonus which will add up to $50000 minimum monthly for the probation month. (You get a bonus of $200 per student you keep and you must keep 100% of the students unless there is a legitimate reason behind the reason why the student has to leave Kiwi.)
