We teach English through movies. So we need top caliber people who can produce us quality content needed for the project. The minimum requirements are:
1. Must be a North American native and has an earned degree in English Linguistics. (degree/certificate is important for the team lead and approver/editor; added points for the rest of the writers)
2. Must have at least 2 years of ESL teaching experience.
3. Must have the ability to write and visualize ideas creatively.
4. Must have excellent grammar and proofreading skills.
5. Must be a team-player; well-able to collaborate with other writers and with artists.
6. Must demonstrate strong computer literacy.
