Benefits and Salary
1. Pay: NT$50,000~60,000NT/month, raise after three months
2. Working Hour: Guaranteed 100 Hours (Work less than 100 hours will be still paid 100 hours)

10. Initial Settlement:
A) Accommodation: Assist to find the living accommodation. For the temporary housing, free for the first three nights, NT$200 (US$ 6) / night for the following nights.
B) Transportation: Assist to find the motorcycle or car

Time needed for foreign teachers
1) Dec. 15th, 2004 (no later than Dec. 25th)
2) Jan. 10th, 2005 (no later than Feb. 6th)
Required Qualifications
1. Education Background: University Degree (can be any major) or two-year college diploma with TESOL/ESL certificate
2. Cultural Background: Native English speakers form Canada, UAS, United Kingdom, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa only.
3. Personality: Enthusiastic, energetic, enjoy helping others.
4. Commitment: One-year commitment.
Hiring Procedures
Step 1:
Attach your resume, a copy of your university degree, a copy of the picture page of your passport, and a recent full-face photograph. Send to ricky0411@execulink.com. After you pass our initial review, we will arrange a phone interview with you.
Step 2:
Telephone interview.
Step 3:
Position offer and final document submission. After you pass our paper review and phone interview, we will guarantee you a job.
Step 4:
Employer screening for you. You should have some idea how HUGE the TEACHING ENGLISH market is in Taiwan. Due to the teachers in Taiwan are very competitive, the schools might hire their own teachers earlier than you expected. In the event that happens however, we will still be there to make sure that you will have a job. After we complete our search and match you to a suitable school, we will present an offer and state the working conditions at the school.
Step 5:
Book your tickets and arrange your tourist visa to come to Taiwan. Inform us the details of flight number, date and time. Your visa can be transferred to a working visa soon after you arrive Taiwan. One of our representatives will pick you up at the airport and take you to the accommodation that we arranged for you.
Step 6:
Visit the schools that we arranged for you and have demonstrations at the schools.
Step 7:
Matching your school and decision making. You decide which school you prefer to teach at and sign a contract with the school.
