English Communications Department Manager Opening
Sykes, the largest and the pioneer in the callcenter industry, is in need of an English Communications Manager. He will direct and facilitate the operations and programs of the English Communications Department of Sykes Asia. He/she is primarily responsible for effective and targeted design, development and implementation of English language training and assessment programs in the operations to meet clients' requirements.
Requirements are as follows:

-Must possess a University Degree in any of the following fields: Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), English Language, Linguistics, or Communication. Master's Degree in TESL or corresponding Certification from a recognized institution is preferred.

-Must have at least 3 years of relevant ESL teaching experience preferably in a business environment.

-A native speaker of American English (must be American).
