School Profile：
In collaboration with Northeastern University (NEU), Neusoft Group and Dalian Software Park, has jointly invested and co-founded Neusoft institute of Information (Neusoft II). Neusoft II has three campuses separately located in Dalian, Nanhai and Chengdu and the total of students is 15,000 now. As a branch college of Northeastern university, NEUSOFT II provides degree-conferring education, life long education training and e-Learning services.

It is:
The First Laptop University in China;
The First Specialized IT Higher Learning Institution established by enterprises;
The First Higher Learning Institution to start “SOVO” in China.

As the earliest established campus, Dalian Neusoft Institute of Information (NEUSOFT II Dalian) was founded on June 16,2000. It was approved as one of the national higher learning institutions by Liaoning Provincial People’s Government and has become the first model software in Liaoning province. Neusoft II Dalian is situated in National Software Industry Base in China---Dalian software Park. The campus covers 650000 square meters. The number of the students is 9000 now. Neusoft Online University (NOU) can provide online education option for over 510,000 persons to 2007.

NEUSOFT II Dalian offers degree-conferring education of Computer and its collateral majors. The programs for various educational levels include three-year junior college diploma program, four-year bachelor degree program, two-year top-up program, two-year Bi-degree program, and software engineering master program as well as providing life long education training, online education option (Neusoft Online University) and e- Learning services to enterprises, the government and individuals.

International Exchange：
(1) 2+2 articulation program with the University of Adelaide, Australia
(2) 2+2, 3+1 articulation program with the Swinburne University of Technology, Australia
(3) Neusoft II Dalian has taken over the Australia-China Institute of Business in the year 2001, which is originally initiated by Northeastern University in collaboration with the University of Technology, Sydney.

The Chinese Training Center
The Chinese training center is an important part of the international cooperation work of the institute. It offers both short and long terms of Chinese training programs, including preparatory Chinese for academic studies, foundation Chinese and classes of Chinese culture. As some specific favorable terms, the students also have: some free IT classes, flexible teaching methods & multi-media teaching aids which make teaching vivid, and last, the latest and most practical textbooks for both standard Chinese and survival Chinese.
