The JiangXi Sino-America College is seeking native English speaking teachers for positions in Middle and Elementary and Primary Schools (children between the ages of 3 -17 years) in the cities of NanChang and PingXiang in the province of JiangXi. PingXiang is southwest of the capital city, NanChang, China. JiangXi is a subtropical province located above the Tropic of Cancer in the southeast portion of China.

The preferred candidates are two couples or compatible friends. The preferred accents are: Canadian, British, Australian, New Zealand, and U.S.A

Location: PingXiang, JiangXi, China
Start Date: 15 February 2005
Salary: RMB 5000 ¥ per teaching month for 18, 40 - 50 minute teaching periods per week, RMB 70 ¥ per hour for additional classes, airfare allowance up to RMB 8,000 ¥ each after 12 month contract, three paid weeks off for National holidays (May 01, October 01 and Spring Festival). July and August are non-paid vacation months. The rest are teaching months.
Accommodation: Apartment space for two people, western equipped with all amenities, internet available but no computer
Work Conditions: 18 40-50 minute classes per week plus four (4) hours office work per week, teaching materials provided, assistance seeking additional teaching hours during the regular months and summer holidays.

Minimum high school graduation, TEFL/TESOL/ESL training
