Introduction to Milo International Kindergarten
Listening, speaking, reading, and writing are the fundamental language learning strategies. Milo creates a special English socializing environment suitable for children. In this environment, children have plenty of opportunities and access to English. Children build up their language skills based on “listening”. Once children understand the language combined with body language such as actions and gestures, then they will be able to try to express their needs and feelings verbally.
Milo has a caring, professional, and experienced teaching team. All teachers hold professional certificates from teachers’ colleges around the country. Milo’s principal, who holds a master degree in education management, has a lot of experience of early education management and knowledge about child psychology. The teaching team has given all their love and care, to nurture and to educate children so that they will grow healthy in such a happy environment like Milo kindergarten.
Our objectives include fostering a learning interest in English itself through various English activities and to facilitate children’s imagination and creativity, encouraging children to use conversational English in their daily communication and introducing general knowledge through English, which help children to form some basic general concepts
Location
Milo International Kindergarten (HuiYaYuan /JunJing) is a high quality kindergarten under the authority of TianHe Ministry of Education.

Facilities
Milo Kindergarten has total area of 2000 square meter. It houses 5 big classrooms with a total maximum capacity of 144 children from 2 to 6 years old, a large audio/visual room that sometimes serves as a social hall for the children’s special activities, a fully-equipped art room, spacious dining room and a hazard-free playground.
All facilities are specially designed for all children to be surrounded with love and care from the teachers and staff.
Class Design
In order to facilitate better communication between children and teachers, Milo designed small classes of 18 children each. Milo deems it effective for the development of each child in all areas within his/her standard.

Milo Kindergarten holds memberships from American Montessori associations:

With the support from these associations, Milo Kindergarten maintains a close connection with the mainstream of international early childhood education and provides our teachers the latest information about Montessori education.
Position Details
Teach English lessons to children of various nationalities (2 groups of approximately 18 children each, ages 2 to 5 years old)
Teachers’ Responsibility
1. Working schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 to 12, 14:30 to 17:30. Schedule includes 4 hours of English lessons and playtime with the children and 2 hours of office time
2. Prepare weekly report of lessons
3. Be expected to help provide an English-speaking environment to the kindergarten
Teachers’ Qualifications
1. Native English speaker
2. A university or college degree
3. Aged 25 to 45
4. Experience in teaching is preferred
Compensation
·Minimum of 5000rmb monthly salary
