EF English First’s Teacher Recruitment Centre (TRC) currently has several immediate vacancies for teaching and senior academic positions. Both positions require dynamic, enthusiastic individuals, who are excited by the prospect of teaching EFL in a variety of learning environments – EF schools offer children’s programs, teenage programs, general English programs, academic English and Business English.

EFL teaching positions – based all over China and Indonesia. EF English First has its own textbook series for children, adults and business classes and encourages teachers to make full use of the extensive library of EFL resource books, found in all of our schools, in order to make lessons as student-centred and proactive as possible.

Director of Studies positions – all over China and Indonesia. The position of Director of Studies is a tough post and requires total dedication. Professionals of outstanding calibre with a dynamic approach to managing EFL education programs and teachers, and who enjoy being a part of a youthful and mobile team will thrive in this post. As a Director of Studies, you will be expected to do a certain amount of teaching hours, carry out teacher training and generally assist in the professional development of all teaching staff and develop materials - you will need a high level of patience, tolerance and flexibility!

Unqualified teachers – can take either the EF Certificate in TEFL or Trinity Cert. TESOL that are available monthly in Manchester and Brighton in the UK. Qualifications:
All teaching positions – Candidates must have recognized teaching English as a foreign language certification – EF Certificate in TEFL or equivalent. EFL classroom experience is also desirable, but not essential. In some cases, extensive relevant TEFL experience can be considered in lieu of formal TEFL qualifications. You should be motivated, enthusiastic and open to new experiences.

Director of Studies Positions – Diploma preferred, but we also welcome applications from candidates holding TEFL certificates with extensive EFL teaching experience.
