The English Communications Manager directs and facilitates the operations and programs of the English Communications Department of Sykes Asia (www.sykes.com), the largest and the pioneer and the callcenter industry in Manila, Philippines. He/she is primarily responsible for effective and targeted design, development and implementation of English language training and assessment programs in the operations to meet clients' requirements.

Requirements are as follows:

-Must possess a University Degree in any of the following fields: Teaching English as a Second Language (TESL), English Language, Linguistics, or Communication. Master's Degree in TESL or corresponding Certification from a recognized institution is preferred.

-Must have at least 5 years of relevant ESL teaching experience preferably in a business environment.

-Must have supervised a minimum of five (5) staff for at least three (3) years.

-A native speaker of English.
