The teaching position in Hiroshima, Japan
A female Native English Speaker is needed to start working as soon as possible. Initial contract is for one year, with the option of renewing for a further period of employment.

Visa sponsorship is available

*Requirements / Qualifications:

- A BA degree certificate (necessary to obtain a working visa in Japan)
- TESOL / TEFL certificate (preferable)

The teacher will teach students of all ages from young children to adults.

Ideal applicant should be able to work with adults, but must also love working with children. We are looking for a teacher who is energetic and flexible, prepared to apply creativity in planning daily classes, and look forward to bringing any personal talents into the classroom (skills in music, art, drama etc are especially welcome).

The teacher will teach up to (?) per week as part of her teaching schedual.

*Pay/benefits:

- Salary 250,000yen per month. For the first 3 months, 240,000yen will be paid monthly. Rest amount 30,000yen will be paid when you complete 3 months work. 60,000yen will be paid when you complete 3 months work, which is for the part of the flight fare. 250,000yen per month from 4th month of employment. Bonus 80,000yen will be paid when you complete one-year work.

- National holidays, 2 weeks Christmas vacation. 4 days summer holidays (usually 13-16th August)

- Accomodation will be provided by the company. The company will subsidise part of the monthly rent, with the remainder being deducted from the teacher`s monthly salary. Additional expenses, which are the responsibility of the teacher, include utilities such as water, gas, electricity, telephone and Internet provider fee. It will not be necessary for you to pay the deposit money for guarantee, which is 3 months amount of flat fee, the company will owe it for you.

*Other:

- The English teacher at Ishii English School should be polite and accept the Japanese good manners. The English teacher should abe willing to undertake the work that is necessary for each lesson (setting up the tables and chairs, as you want to for various ages of students and afterwards, cleaning the tables and room) and the promotion of the company. Miscellaneous work may be done while the teacher has no classes.

- Any Part-time job for any other company/office is prohibited under the contract of Shout To The Top Inc.

*About the School:

The company, Shout to the top Inc. was established on 1998 with Mr. Takuzo Ishii as the director. Ishii English School is a small private school currently staffed by 2 teachers; The owner, Mr. Takuzo Ishii and 1 Native English Teacher. The atmosphere is very welcoming and friendly; support and guidance are always available, but teachers are encouraged to apply their own ideas and personality traits to help the school grow.

All the students are smart and polite with good manner. Ishii English School is not major like Nova, Geos and we welcome our teachers to become a member of our office while you are here. We are looking for an English teacher who has a kindness and wants to try to understand the Japanese culture.

The school currently has one office, but is looking to expand and include another office in central Fukuyama. The new teacher would work primarily out of this office, liasing with the local kindergarten, where classes will be held.
