I would like to offer my services to your school as a 28 Year Old Australian Born Native English Conversationalist,
My name is Jason Carroll and I am looking forward to working with you at your school soon.
I am currently looking for work within China for commencement within the up and coming months, after my completion of a TESOL certificate. I am specialized in Adolescent, Business, and Tutor.
As shall become current at the time of an agreement being drawn or made are my contract conditions for working within your school;
These few simple things I would like you to consider when revising our contract.
1. A fully furnished Apartment, Shared or Alone, + Please include the following in our contract: Accomodation: Fridge, TV, Microwave, Stove, Kettle, Plates/Bowls, Cutlery, Bed/Blankets/Pillows/Sheets, Table&Chairs, Couch/TV Cabinet, Western Style Toilet & Shower, a desk and at least 1 window, preferable close to the shcool and in a peaceful setting.
I do not accept anything other than All Accomodation Costs Fully Paid For: (but please contact me with your precise description and utility arrangements for LAUNDRY)
The following Items I will need the school to provide me to perform my services and duties: A Local Telephone Service (paid for), Long Distance Access to home via a Telephone, 1 Portable Internet Ready LapTop Computer, & Easy Access to the Internet (the internet is a major source of my teaching materials and so is vital that this such item be included).
Paid: 7000/per month, Medical & Travel Insurance: 1000/per year plus! a One-Way-Ticket (Fully Paid For) From Australia to your School, Airport Pickup and/or Travel costs from the airport to where you are at your school.
All Chinese/Christian Public Holidays OFF/ & 5 Weeks Paid Vacation or Holiday Time. (please send the details of your work year and public/christian Holiday Timetable)
Meal allowance 1000/Month, Overtime 120/Hour Bonuses paid on each month: On completion of each contract term of 1year you will pay me the equivalent of 1months pay + on completion of our agreement a one-way airfare to my next destination or Home. I prefer to be paid one month in advance as to the regular procedure. This way I will accumulate the last pay bonus structured around my last month & departure time.
