FULL TIME ENGLISH PROGRAM TEACHING OPPORTUNITIES
ELT Phuket, a language school dedicated to quality instruction, is
looking to recruit suitably qualified, native speakers of English (UK,
USA, AUS, NZ, RSA, ONLY) for our new English Program at Banmaireap
School in Kathu, Phuket, Thailand. We are inviting applications for
three EP teaching positions and one position for an EP manager. Only
applications from experienced teachers with a Bachelor degree and
teaching qualification and a strong background in mathematics and
science will be considered and replied to. Applicants for the EP
management position should have at least two years experience in EP
management.

Description:
Banmaireap is a small, government school, located in Phuket, Thailand.
ELT Phuket and not the owners of the school, however, will employ the
teacher.

 Classes will be offered initially at Anuban 1, 2, (KG 1, 2,)
and in Prathom 1 (Grade 1) level.
 The position is - Mondays to Fridays between 8:30 a.m. and 16:30 p.m.
 Class size will be approximately 25 students per class.
 EP teachers must be willing to assist with classes in art, PE,
computer and music.
 BENEFITS AND COMPENSATION:
The salary offered is 30,000 – 39,000 Thai Baht/month for EP teaching positions
and 50,000 – 55,000 Thai Baht, depending on experience and
qualifications, for the EP Management position.
 A work permit and visa will be administered and supplied by
ELT Phuket but the teacher will be responsible for paying Thai
government tax.
 1-year (12-month) contracts

 A Bachelor degree – preferably in Education (Early Childhood or
Primary) from a recognised university (please be aware that original
transcripts and diplomas are required);
 A minimum of 1-2 years teaching experience.
 The employment period will be from May 2005 for one year, renewable.

than on 3 May in order to familiarize themselves with our program, do
necessary preparation, etc.
