English Teachers Needed in Sichuan, China

1.Position: General English Teachers

★ Job Description:
Seeking qualified and experienced ESL teachers for schools located in Sichuan, China.

★ Job Offer:
Work permit and health insurance provided.
RMB4000—5000 per month , net. All housing and most utilities provided.
Paid vacations.
Teaching hours: 16~20 per week.
Working visa provided.

★ Requirements:
To be an English native speaker from: America, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, UK
Hold a Bachelors degree; ESL teaching certificate.
Can complete a 12-month contract
Can start working as soon as possible and Sept. 2005.
With ESL teaching experience is preferred

2.Position: Qualified IB Teachers

★ Job Description:
An International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO) member school in China needs qualified teachers, for a start date of mid-August 2005.
The school is situated in the beautiful western region of China and currently offers the IBO Middle Years Program (MYP) and will start offering the IBO Diploma Program (DP) this September. The DP is a comprehensive two-year international curriculum, for which teachers of high regard are sought It is designed for highly motivated secondary school students and enables holders to enter some of the worlds leading universities, in America, Canada, France, Sweden, New Zealand and the UK.

★ Job offer:
Salary: $1500 - $2500 per month, net, after tax (12 000 to 20 000 RMB)
Air flight allowance $1200- $1500 per year
Free accommodation and meals
Vacations paid for; one month in Jan/Feb; seven days in May and October. Two months in summer.

★ Requirements:
A teachers qualification certificate
Minimum three years teaching experience
Teaching experience: gained in English speaking countries
Teaching experience: from teaching final year, high school curriculum
Teaching experience: preferably the IB program.
As a teacher of one or more of: English, Math, Physics, Chemistry, Business & Management, Geography, Visual Arts.
Can undertake to fulfill a two-year contract
