We are currently seeking 20-25 full time English teachers for both September 2005 and next January 2006 sessions.

We offer you:
The choice for you to chose your contract length (6 months-2 years) and the ability to extend your contract at any time

The ability for you to gain teaching experience at several levels, if you desire
(K-12, University, Adult, Specialized Labor Sectors, TOEFL, TOEIC, IELTS, CET 4 and 6)

You will receive a competitive salary based on lessons worked
(Starting salary is 100 RMB/ 50 minute lessons)

A teaching schedule that is ideally suited to your goals
(May you require 10 lessons/week to 35 lessons/week, evening or weekends)

Should you choose to sign a 2-year contract, you will receive reimbursement of roundtrip airfare upon completion of your 1st year of employment and roundtrip trip airfare to anywhere in Mainland China upon completion of the contract.
If you should choose to sign a 1-year contract, you will receive reimbursement of roundtrip airfare upon completion of your contract.
If you should you choose to sign a contract, which is under 1 year in length, only one-way airfare will be refunded to you, at a rate of 50% of the round trip airfare cost upon completion of your contract

We will help in finding you private or shared housing that ensures your safety, while maintaining your independence and personal flexibility

You will have the opportunity to develop and implement your own teaching materials using company resources

We will provide training workshops for you to attend that encourage you, while exposing you to others teaching methods. These workshops are collaborative sessions where the group shares teaching philosophies and materials while providing constructive criticism. You will also have opportunities to gain experience teaching your lessons before you face your students.

We offer specialized language training, as well as orientation to the city and your neighborhood upon your arrival.
