Summary
English teachers and Maths/Science teachers are wanted for schools in Shanghai and neighbouring Zhejiang province. We are the first private organisation authorised by the Shanghai Education board to organise qualified teachers for public and private schools in Shanghai. We place ESL teachers in schools to teach students ranging in age from 7-12, 12-15 or 15-18 years old. We are looking for teachers willing to sign up for 4 month or 1 year contracts here in Shanghai, in Taizhou and in Ruian. Teaching positions will be available starting in September 2005 or Feb 2006.

We also have some Summer camp positions available if teachers would like to arrive early.

Qualifications

• Must be a Native Speaker of English


• Must have a Bachelor degree or higher;


• Must have at least 1 year of teaching experience (we prefer teachers with TESOL/CELTA certificates)


• Must be healthy.

Compensation
Teaching hours are usually somewhere in the range of Monday to Friday between the hours of 8:00am and 4:30pm
Monthly salary from 5000RMB for a 20 class (15 teaching hours) working week to 9000RMB for a 30 class (22 teaching hours) week
Accomodation allowance of up to 2400RMB per month available in three ways

• Living onsite in a school apartment. All meals provided. 2400RMB paid to the school (subject to the school having apartments)
  
• Live in a furnished apartment. We pay the deposit, the monthly rent and give you 600RMB a month for your food.
  
• Rent your own apartment - We'll give you the full 2400RMB for your monthly expenses

Air ticket allowance of 800RMB per working month.
Personal Accident Insurance
Chinese Legal festivals are paid days off as is Christmas Day.
Holiday allowance of 2000 RMB for those taking the 1 year contract
