1. The period of service will be from June30th, 2005 to May30th, 2006
2. The duties of Party B
Party B will work like Party A’s other teachers, taking part in fulfilling Party A’s academic work, 7-8 working hours a day, with two days off each week except the summer and winter holiday(no day off, but shorter working hours). In the light of teaching requirement and specific faculty conditions, Party A will define Party B’s teaching tasks in consociation with Party B. English Corners and English Salons are included within working hours, not teaching hours.
3. Party B’s monthly salary will be 4500 Yuan RMB, the pay day is 1st next month. If not a full month, the salary will be prorated (days times salary/30). Party B’s basic teaching time is 14 hours a week, 728(14*52) hours a year. On this base, Party A arranges Party B’s classes in accordance of its need. For additional classes, Party A pays 50 yuan an hour. Party A will pay return plane airfare and travelling expenses of 8000 yuan when one year contract finished.
4. There are three ten-continuous-day holidays during the employment, except 3 continuous days in May (Labor Day) and 3 continuous days in October (National Day).
